I grew up hanging out on Lake Guntersville around Scottsboro Al. It is a great place to be, I miss the smell of the lake. My Mother still lives there just up the hill from Jackson County Park.

I know this house. Located in Langston, Alabama, on Robert Davis. I used to live on Till Davis. 5th house on left. Lived there 7 years. Our daughter and grandkids lived close to there but moved to NW Arkansas. Not me. Moved back to Georgia. Was on the town council for 4 years.

You are telling Bypass he can amend his GA trust to use in AL, but you are saying I can't amend my NC to use here in GA

Unfortunately, you cannot change a trust name once an NFA weapon is registered to the trust.

Never said I wanted to change the name, just said I wanted to amend my NC Trust to use for future Georgia purchases
