That was a terrible way to have handled the situation. I do hope that the rectify it to your satisfaction. But it is kind of like a car once you drive it off the lot. You're usually stuck.
You should have taken it home and dealt with taurus yourself. IIRC, you can ship directly to the manufacturer and they can ship directly back to you...
That's what I was thinking.
Only reason I know this is I had to deal with ruger (super nice people, great cs) and they told me if the magazine replacement didn't solve the issue, they'd send me a lable. I asked them about shipping back to me, and they said it could be sent directly back to me since they are the manufacturer.
Theyre a free gunshow for me, cant remember when I last bought anything there, I walk in, they show me stuff, I manhandle alot of guns and leave.
I passed on buying a HK from them a while back because they wouldnt let me inspect it before purchase. I did buy a holster from them tho..because I was too impatient to wait for amazon /shame.
