you do realize they can still sell the gun right? they have every right to advertise and sell firearms, and like you said they have to go through an FFL. where in the video did you see them accepting cash and giving the firearm right then and there to the buyer? for all you know, they could very well be following the law to the letter................so, what you talkin bout?

No, you cannot publicly advertise firearms on your front porch. There are open carry laws, though this situation would not apply. If they had firearms laid on a table in public view they'd be charged with brandishing firearms in public, which in commission of a crime is a felony in most states.

Well in Georgia, I don't see why you couldn't hang your firearms and put price tags on them on your front porch. I've been to a few yard sales with such and sheriff's purchasing them. So just missed the sarcasm.
