NO see you are still trying to compare one instance or some obscure loading to the 45 acp loading!
tell you what pick out any 451 projectile and list that loading in the 45 GAP and I can duplicate or have a better loading in the 45 acp, same with velocity.
as I originally said the GAP does nothing better than the 45 acp, its only different as is many of the new introductions.
Now not all just most!
the 357 Sig sauer was a good improvement as was the 9 X 23 and others but the GAP isn't one of those. a
again post your GAP load that's better than the 45 acp.
Pressure is established by SAAMI or CIP, if a cartridge has a listed plus P pressure then its safe, so the 23 K pressure is the same as the 45 GAP.
now the gun may not be approved for its use but the cartridge is.
I don't own a GAP either, but what I like/ dislike wasn;t the situation, I responded to your response about the GAP being somehow better, as if advertising makes it so.
as protective measures states Glock pretty much needed a round for their very own, heck even today they call the 357 Sig round simply as 357 so as not recognize Sig for some childish reason?
many newbies just assume the 357 that Glock mentions is the 357 magnum.
but anyway that's all a different discussion.
I really don't care what anyone shoots or carries its there choice.
