Informing an Officer that there is a weapon in the car during traffic stop.

Anyone know if there is a duty to inform? If not, do you tell the police if there is a weapon in your car? When and how? Also, would love to hear from LEO's on where you stand on it.

Nope no duty to inform in GA. Actually Im told they know as soon as they run your plate if you have a carry license and will approach as if you are armed ....... so keep your hands where they can see them and dont make any sudden moves would be my advice.
