Intentionally buying firearms or ammo with the intent to profit w/out an FFL?

Lol. I understand, but from a legal stand point, if the person admits that they are purchasing this ammo with the intent to re-distribute at a 100% markup, without an FFL and without being a legitimate businesss, is this illegal? This is exactly why their site lists that they are out of EVERYTHING!

You lost me at re-distribute...

I'll buy that for $1.00 if I get to shoot it.

Hobby Income: So If I start recording all of my shooting sessions and create a company named, "I shoot $hit incorporated", I can write all of my guns and ammo off? Man, I'm missing out big time.

As long as you pay taxes on the $20 you make flipping ammo :D

LOL. I don't sell my ammo, I shoot it. Buying another 500rnd can at lunch tomorrow since me and the wife just shot up the last of the 115gr ammo. Still got some 124gr +p that I keep as stock, but I'll sell it to you for $500, and I'd be cutting my own throat at that. lol
