IO... The "Hi-Point" of AKs? Or worse?

All you need to do is watch the video they made of an AK being assembled by Pioneer at their factory in Poland. They are pressing the rivets in through the receiver and against the barrel. Thats how they are installing the front trunnion. Just a matter of time before the rivets come loose. I made a video where I rebuilt a Century Arms M70 due to the rivets being loose and I go into detail explaining why it shouldn't be done this way. You do NOT want an AK assembled like this.

This is how they do it. I wouldn't buy one.

The worst part about IO is the fact that they just don't give a flying flip about what they put out on the market. They know idiots will buy their crap without doing any research.
