Say I put a complete lower on layaway and paid the down payment. However, after doing that, I realize how much I hate the deer head on this lower.and how much I wish I would have chosen another brand. Can't exchange it or get a refund. Would it be illegal to purchase it with the intent to trade it for a similar but, less ugly lower? If not, Ill just forfeit the down and but what I want.
