Bull sharks can survive in fresh water, but as mentioned before the post is from 2019. I live close to the oostanaula river, and the article didn't even spell it right by the way, and I don't see how a shark could migrate that far inland on that river due to dams.

Might be one of the U S Navy's new mini subs.
Made to resemble a shark but the propellor gives it away.
Does appear to be a real river if that's any help.
