Well dang I miss read the add your correct the Kroger turkey is .59 and the butter ball is 2.19lb

Kroger is $0.77/lb for butter ball with a Kroger card. Bought one today.

Kroger brand turkeys at that price. I could not find that price for Butterball. Kroger brand is a good bird though.

My Piggly Wiggly has standing rib roast for $5.99 lb. I'm going to check them out and see what they look like. Probably Mexican beef but that's not always bad. I ended up buying 2 turkeys at Food Lion for $.49 lb. I got volunteered by my girlfriend to cook turkey for her family this weekend. I'm going to try my first bird in the Char Broil Big Easy oil less fryer. If it doesn't turn out good I'll never get voluntold again.

I went to this a few years ago, works better than oil. I used oil for 20 years, never again. Chicken in it is great too.

All I know is my property had 18 cattle wandering it a couple of years before I bought it. I'm about ready to see a few back there again!
