Cool thanks man, the store I was in on Friday did have an LCR in .357 so I guess if it is still there on Monday I will be a new owner. I am starting to get giddy!

LCR Vs Smiith and Wesson Airweight

My lcr was great. Can't ask for a better trigger on a DA only. And for a carry you can't even tell it is there. The 357 is poly but it has the titanium inserts so its reinforced at stress points. I just like the look of the lcr better also.
My LCR 357 was a great carry gun. Now I carry a Shield.
But I was told that on a 2 inch barrel the ballistics are nearly the same btwn a 38P and 357?? The 357 thru the LCR isn't all that bad, and I'm a recoil whuss.

So do you really not get the much more bang for your buck going with .357, is it because there is not enough barrel for the powder to get burned. I guess that makes sense I have heard the same thing about Taurus Judge using 410 shotgun shells.
I have both and love both. I gave the wife the LCR for easy DAO trigger pull. I like my smith 337pd for the metal construction.
BTW you can remove the lock on smiths easily and never need to worry about it.
