Less Expensive Red Dot Suggestions?

Academy has a really nice one for $50 dollars. Has 5 or 6 different reticles and different brightnesses and all.

What's the name?

Agree with the Vortex Sparc or Strikefire. The Sparc is more of a micro red dot if you are looking for ultra light. Both work about the same and both hold zero pretty good. More than $100 new but not a whole lot and worth it IMO.

What about a Primary Arms or the Bushnell TRS-25? Going to run one of these on my 15-22.

Agreed...I just got a Primary Arms red dot, and it's surprisingly good for around $80. Oh, I also have a Strikefire, but you're talking twice as much as the PA.

Vortex spark is the cheapest I would go. Good optic for the money too. Maybe a Bushnell TRS 25
