It was this 18.5" Benelli M1S90, rifle sights, 9 rounds of Federal Flitecontrol #1 buck in condition 1. Side saddle loaded with another 7 rounds of #1 buck and 2pac loaded with 2EA Federal Truball Deep Penetrator slugs. Surefire forend. Follower and disconnector to make it 922R compliant.
But then I started shooting 3gun and transformed it into the one on bottom. The top one is a buddy's that I swapped some parts with:
And then put my money down on this as my new HD shotgun (New in box, old stock, 14" HK import Benelli M1 SBS). The Surefire forend will go on this one when the stamp comes back. It still holds 7 rounds:

OK it is time to revive this thread. My new NEF Pardner pump in 20 gauge. 21" barrel, all metal trigger group. It is a bit heavy, like most NEF firearms, but I like the weight very much. Perfect size for many uses but this one will pull duty in the house. I may add a side saddle later on but I may just leave it as is...I like simplicity. I was thinking about another 870 in the youth model 20 gauge, but I honestly liked the feel of this shotgun even better, and I like an all metal trigger group. The stock is just a little bit longer and fit me better. I like it.
I have a brand new Remington 870 mag extension that I've never used because I bought it for my Stevens 320 according to reviews I've read it was supposed to fit.

870 police I picked up and magpul'd, and mag tube extension, side saddle with some breaching rounds (because why not...) loaded up with PDX and 00 buck.
Been meaning to revive this one, anyone has a line on some original police wood, hit me up if you want the magpul stuff, we could work something out for sure!
