Live round eject problem anyone else

Having a problem with a ar47 I have 7.62x39 psa. Shoots fine ejects fired rounds fine but when trying to manually eject last unfired round seems like charging handle locks up. Have to fire last round to remove e casi g

Something is off. Can you eject round without the mag inserted? I've been hunting with an AR 7.62x39 since 96 and never had happen what you are describing.

No after I'm through shooting and remove mag cannot get unfired shell out

Assuming you've cleaned chamber thoroughly and have tried different brands of ammo? Does it do it with both steel and brass?
Its possible that cartridge OAL length is too long and bullet is slightly engaging rifling. Wouldn't be an issue firing, only trying to eject un-fired round.

I only fire brass rounds

Are these reloads or factory ammo?
I would try some other factory ammo (brass or steel cased) to try and isolate the issue.

That AR wants to fire that round, not spit it out. It's like taking a piece of steak out of your dogs mouth before he can eat it. You can, it's just harder than you want it to be.
