And don't you dare offer anywhere near the asking price of what you can find the gun new on gun.deals, or...the gun will go back into the safe, but not before you hear from the seller he is testing the waters, highly in his favor, and you needing to basically deliver it the goods to his front steps of his mother's basement.
Buy a new car, drive it around the block and then see what the dealer will offer you -- NIB - onnly six rounds through it --

Not a big deal to me. I reply "no thank you" and lose no sleep. I had a gun listed for sail only got a trade offer and politely responded with "Thanks for the offer, but I'm wanting to cell it." Buyer replied with "I get paid Friday can we meet then?" Done deal. Life is short and getting your panties in a wad just don't do no good.
