Looking for a FFL lawyer

I don't have experience dealing with the ATF on behalf of any business client. Among the lawyers I know who do regularly represent FFL's would be John Monroe who I believe practices out of Adairsville now (I think), but he will go anywhere in the metro Atlanta area to serve a client.

Also, consider a Korean-American lawyer, shooter, and gun advocate named Jin Kim. I think his business is called the Kim Firm, LLC, of either Alpharetta or Johns Creek.

This is 100% your answer. It won't get better than this.

Easy solution here, have him sign you executor rights over the business, find ffl that would be willing to sell items for y'all and transfer items as said. You don't need to be on the ffl to do this. My wifes a lawyer and I'm an FFL holder, not the first time this has happened. Shoot me a list of the times and I'll tell you if its even worth your time to deal with.

If it ends up being more of a federal issue, you might also take a look at Oberheiden P.C. They’ve got experience with ATF and FFL matters.
