I’m located in coweta county renting from a management company. We’ve been here for almost 4 years. We found lead paint in the house recently and got our children tested, and they all have high levels of lead poisoning. Looking for legal advice on what we can do. I need to break my lease and get my kids out of here asap. Have guns to pay for your time or help. 470-627-9801. I’ll be working but give me a call or text and if I don’t respond, I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you.

Prayers for your children’s health and well being.
I do hope and pray you can get this resolved in a positive outcome for them. It’s not their fault and they shouldn’t suffer because of it , the same goes for you also.

My wife did. When we married I got put on the lease and I never did. I’ve been here for 3 years
There will be your "legal problem."

I'd try to work with the landlord on lead dust abatement measures, keep the house as spic and span as possible and maybe repaint doors/jambs and window sills. Keep any surfaces dusted regularly. Don't sand or scrape any windows (keep them closed, do not open & close them) or painted surfaces if possible. Floors should also be kept as clean as possible (I know, kids make that nearly impossible).

I have wondered about my lead levels. I know between shooting and reloading and cleaning brass I am maybe exposed to more lead than the average joe.
