Trains don’t bother me. Live near a track now. Lived near one before. It’s the ones that are near crossings that are a pain because they have to blow the horns.

That’s funny right there. The street view shows a CSX train parked on the tracks right in front Of the house.
Question is why did the price drop so much so quick
I honestly miss being close to a set of tracks. Grew up about 200 yards from a track that coal trains ran to and from plant bowen all the time at all hours. It always helped me fall asleep listening to them go by.
I can throw a rock over the RR tracks behind my loft.
