I need to build a cover for mine. I repurposed a table that was left by previous owner. Poured a slab to set it on and added a seat to make it a bench. Once it's covered, I believe it'll be a great all-season setup.

Yeah, I don't give it another 5 years before the land behind us is developed and my fun will come to a halt. I'll enjoy it while it lasts I suppose.

Thanks for the suggestions. So I don't have to take the roof down, I may do that in between each one with new boards or if I can get more scrap and use joist hangers. Hindsight is always fun when you're learning.
