16 year old shot and killed his accomplice while stealing a television

I wonder if he'll be back on the streets with 36 arrest under his belts. Really? How does someone that is 16 years old, get arrested 35 times?
Let's say he started his crime spree when he was 10 years old.
That's 7 arrest a year. I wonder how many times he went undetected for other crimes he committed?

This is why we need criminal justice reform.This is why we need gun control.
Obviously his previous incarcerations did not provide the proper encouragement to conform to society's norms.
You read that wrong. The 41 year old was the one arrested 35 times. Doesnt make it any better.
Maybe the 16 year old did a public service - and can think about it for the next 25 to life?
Previous incarcerations or his parental unit(s) did not provide enough "encouragement". Regardless this kid will end up dead soon enough if he can't figure it out. People around here shoot thieves in their homes.
