Well my deal with a guy in MA (from another gun site) just got cancelled. We were discussing a trade, and this morning he found out what just happened in his state and decided to keep all of his collectible guns, instead of trading. He is now in panic buying mode.

It is going to be a long harsh Fall. I predict stores will have a great Thanksgiving-black Friday sales record!

It will soon be here in GA. How many of you were born and raised here? GA is now the 8th in population I believe. Sooner or later the newcomers outnumber the natives. Then its just a matter of time before they start getting elected and changing the place to resemble that which they left. Its happened in the county I live in already.

I dont think this is over. From what I understand it was the AG making a decision to ban the weapons and thats not within her power. Its also going against the Supreme Court ruling of DC v Heller.

I also wonder if Savage and S&W will be packing up and moving? I doubt it since they are pretty big but who knows. It would be nice to see them get outta there if only to make a statement.

There a very few states that have embraced this mental attitude. They are notably Blue Democrat states and media rejoices then incessantly publicizes it when they restrict and infringe rights.

Blue states are losing votes and must resort to importing them to maintain their status quo.

Yes, there is a reason Georgia has grown in population and it's a clear result of not being a leftist Democrat state. Those states are slitting their collective wrist. Socialism is death by vote and communism is death by AK. Otherwise no difference is apparent.

Unfortunately... from what I've been reading, it's always been the AG's prerogative as to what constitutes an 'assault weapon' in Mass. The way the law is written that office has the final determination.

The interesting thing is 'why now?'.

My guess is that Sen. Warren will be announced at the Dem convention as the VP, and this gives her the ability to push the Dems new found love of gun control as an election issue. I would expect her to trumpet this and say something like 'if we can do it in Mass, we can do it nationwide'.

And since Hillary believes that the SCOTUS 'got Heller wrong' if she gets elected you can be 100% sure that she will pack the court with justices that believe that as well.

In regards to Warren being selected. You should read the book series The Boston Brohmins by Bobby Akart. It will scare the p**s out of you how amazingly accurate and prophetic it is!
