clips are exclusively milspec right? are there commercial clips?

you understand that they arent saying its a military weapon, but are merely distinguishing between 1.14" tubes and 1.17" tubes? and if they dont say "Milspec" then people dont know which Barbie Accessories to buy for it!

You don't need a "license" to buy a full auto either. You do need a tax stamp and a fat wallet though. There is no "class 3 license" if you can own a pistol you can own a machine gun.

Just to clarify I'm not talking about people saying it has mil spec parts it's that I see people say "this weapon is 100% mil spec" when it is just some civilian semi auto sporting rifle. That's what I meant

I think the issue really stems from most people just not understanding or having enough knowledge on the matter. Any manufacturer can build a rifle to Mil-Spec standards or better. All the manufacturer is saying is that their rifles are built to meet or exceed a specific set of standards as set forth by the Military. Not that their rifles are exactly the same as what is issued to the military.
