Yeah, we should scrap the whole constitution. I can't believe some of the short sighted comments on here. Would y'all realy like to give up your right to assembly and free speech. As these precedents are set, there are no limits to which they can be applied. Agree with the lifestyle or not, these are the types of freedoms that hundreds of thousands have died for. Not in wars for oil or gov't contracts, but those that truly gave lives and time to preserve freedoms outlined in the constitution. How ****ing despicable.
