The only one I know of is near Talladega.

Rode all of 'em back when I was young. Road Atlanta was the toughest. Rode it on a 600 and an R1.
Barber was one of the most fun and had the best amenities for riders. Not sure if AMS still opens up for m/c track days or not. That was a treat! But my tires were going away but getting out on the bowl on a liter bike was like nothing else!
Join a club or something. They have track days all the time.

I think the new Dawsonville track does bike days occasionally.
It's a nice facility. Watched my buddy run his BMW (car) up there.
