For me it was watching Davy Crockett and Daniel Boone and every Western on tv in the 60’s

Just curious, how many of you have built or bought a gun based on a movie or character? I am old enough that I watched Dirty Harry in the theaters, and I was too young to buy one, but it made the model 29, and the other 44 mags. So what do you own based on that criteria? Here are a couple of mine that are shooters but not carriers.
1. is a Walt Longmire, inspired Colt
2. Thomas Jane's Punisher Set
3. 2003's SWAT set-up
4. John McClain Starter Kit, wife beater tee not included.

One of my MK14 EBRs ended up in a popular video game back in 2006 I think. I don't play video games, so I am not sure what game it was, but I am pretty sure it was the first EBR to appear in a video game.
I sent the creators several images, and they generated a computer image.

Was gonna say “no that’s silly” but then Remembered my first pistol was a Walter p99 partially because of Bond.

Also threw a folding stock on my 870 SBS as a nod to “clever girl…”
