Motel Hell, is about as twisted as it gets.
I don't think it changed me and I wasn't a kid but in 1986 I saw 'Platoon' with all 3 of my brothers, at that time we were aged 28,23 (me),18, and 13 and it was the year before my younger brother went in the Air Force and I went in the Navy.
It was the only time the 4 of us saw a movie all together in a theater and when Sgt Barnes turned and shot that honchos wife in the forehead (spoiler alert) you could have heard a pin drop in there then my youngest brother started sobbing.
Weird thing is- none of them even remember going to see it.
