the can goods i buy such as corn,peas, and green beans expire in approximately 3 years officially they probably last longer though unofficially

so i guess on the 3rd year you just eat those and replace the stock

Nice set up. Do the wire racks holding the cans automatically rotate stock when you pull from the bottom, or is it just plain shelving?

I lucked out and found a place going out of buiness that was giving away metal shelves and thats what i replaced mine with. Start that canning man and you will be set but what a great stash it puts you well ahead of the curve. Prep on
