Have to go for Penelope... but from a guy named Spencer take that for what it's worth.
It's not a common name these days, which in my mind is it's best feature. It's kind of old fashioned, so you would tend to think 'librarian', not 'stripper'. You could see someone named Penelope graduating top of her class, but not really as a knocked up cheerleader.
Historically, she's one of the most famous women of the ancient world, being the wife of Odysseus.
