Heavier but nicerSig 238.
My wife liked it over the G42.
I'm gonna try out a waistband holster for my G42...seems more realistic, convenient, and comfortable! Thanks a bunch for your input! The Glock .380 is about the same size as a Kahr CM9 9mm.
The Kahr .380 is tiny it's smaller than a Keltec 3AT .380. The Keltec can be a issue to run right and might need a "fluff and buff" most of the Kahr pistols will run right out of the box or might need a few boxes to break in.
Both have a double action trigger. The Kahr has a real nice smooth trigger. The Kahr is exceptionally accurate for such a small gun and the Keltec has rudimentary milled slot in the slide (rear) and simple triangle point (front). The Kahr's rear sight can be drifted for windage.
While I have not tried this bra holster...
It's an option for the tiny Kahr.

About the thinnest holster I can think of is the Versacarry http://www.versacarry.com/products/versacarry-semi-auto-model-380-acp-extra-small/
And then there is the Clip Draw for universal or model specific such as the Glock but I would not use it on the Glock due to the trigger design.
