have you looked into a re-manufactured unit? they are usually dialed in pretty close from the factory.

I have a nice rebuild kit and a few spare parts, I'd like to give it another shot before I upgrade to EFI lol.

The original owner had this Weber "race prepped" and its OK.

Rebuilding a Weber is easy. Is it the 32/36 DGEV or DGAV. IIRC the kit has 3 or 4 gaskets and some small parts. Whats wrong with it now?
BTW what's it on?

Its a 32/36 dgav, its on my '87 Honda crx now.

It came off of a '85 crx si SCCA race car lol the original owner had multiple setups including side draft Mikunis etc.

It was spot on when I first got it but I've messed it all up now somehow.

I really appreciate the offer PM coming.
