Needing a barrel shortened, Where to go?

OK, so im going to build an AR pistol and have a barrel I would like cut down. Where do I need to go and how much do I plan on spending? I live NW ATL. I will also need it threaded after it is cut down.

Another question is there a price difference in normal barrel compared to stainless as far as modifying goes? Thanks for the help in advance!

If you plan on using a silencer the threads need to be concentric to the bore, not everyone knows how to do this. It's a little bit of a drive but these guys are probably the best in the state.
