Sent them an email this evening.
Did you use all of us as reference in your email? Do we need to send them emails on our legal letterhead?
did it just pull out or did that piece break? I had an excalibur that the piece just came loose they sent a new limb.

I told them if I was not satisfied I would tell my friends on ODT. I don’t imagine they will be giving me any trouble.
It broke. Part of it flew off somewhere.
I got duct tape and bailing wire. If they won’t send me a new limb I got a backup plan.
Mag tip broke..never seen that happen,
may have been bumped and cracked unknowingly.

I sent an email and pic to Excalibur’s warranty dept earlier this evening. I’ll try Dawn next.
