New (to me) Dodge Challenger SRT 8

most folks know I'm a MoPar Freak. A long list of 'B' and 'E' bodies since I started driving 50 years ago. I sold my 2011 red RAM sport and began a short quest. I've owned a few Challengers (old school) nut none of the new generation. Today I bought a 2011 Challenger SRT 8 all loaded with 6 speed manual xmission. Stats pretty good , a one owner 10k on the odometer. Put 200 highway miles on , lots of fun. It's 1 of 203 toxic orange manual transmission srt8's.

I had a 68 HEMI Roadrunner while stationed in FL. I couldn't give it away. Oil embargo, manual xmission,rubber mat floor, no a/c.Dealers laughed and refused trades . I sold to another sailor for $350 Today it's a 6 figure car.

They were naming to color "GET ME COPPER" but to be Pc they renamed Toxic Orange

That is one sexy Challenger. I've always been a Ford guy, but I'm mellowing out into less brand allegiance the older I get. I absolutely love the shape and lines of the Challengers, and the SRT8's are just pure badass. Nice catch sir!

When my daughter wrecked her Jeep her rental car was a Challenger. I am a GM guy but I was very impressed.
