Man-

Class III is a total pain in the ass. Stuff like this keeps me from getting a suppressor. Would be a cool toy, but I hate bureaucratic BS like this.

Plus- why the hell do they expect you to notify them of stuff like this? All they gotta do is pick up the phone and ask the NSA.

This issue of having to notify movement of the item doesn't apply to suppressors.

I don't think me filling out a 4473 with CCF or elite pawn in Conyers puts me on anyone's radar. But, I have filled them out at Cabelas and Wal-Mart electronically and I do believe someone in the gov't knows about them. That's why I specified national chains.

And no you don't have to tell them anything if you want to carry your can where eer you go. It would be bs if you did. I mean why in the world would it matter. If I was a criminal then I wouldn't tell them anyways. So it would only be to enforce the good guys.... Just like everything else.
