I just take a wizz and see where it goes to check wind. Actually with lake and hills, swirling wind is the norm where I like to hunt.

I let this one walk.
He was probably only about 30 yards from the stand. That one antler is thick all the way up. Never could see much on the other side. He's young. He'll be better next year.
Saw a skinny little doe with two littles and let them walk too. Every baby needs a mama, especially with the local coyotes.
