NY- Manhattan DA will no longer seek jail punishment for most felony crimes !

It does impact us. When scumbags dont go to jail, they are free on the streets to do more crime. They are not exclusive to NY . Them assholes know how to drive.

I used to work with a guy who was in Angola for 7 counts of armed robbery and attempted murder of a police officer. His sentence was 15 years. He was serving with guys who were in for life for a joint because it used to be considered a hallucinogenic drug. That's just ****ed up.

Thats overkill.
But there are countries that put peeps to death for drugs. You can bet your ass that the drug problems are very minor in those types of countries.
