Yea, that will be a last resort. Going to wait till July to see if it comes in or not. Going to be pissed since I paid $200 for a stamp and all I can get now is a stamp-less certified copy.

I mean, if the stamps going to show up in July, it'll do so whether or not you get a certified copy, and if it doesn't, then you'll have to wait longer for the certified copy since you never sent it off in the first place. If you have a scanner and an email address, there's no reason not to send it off on the 31st day.
