I ran into an ATF guy just like this, cept he was black. At the Macon gunshow, several years ago. Guy wanted to buy my pistol, said he couldn't buy one from a dealer.

Saw him in a coat and tie doing a news interview 10 days later.

They keep trying.

No doubt they spend lots of time on ODT. It don't bother me much......nothing to see here

I never really thought about that before. I prefer text just because I only check the trader a few times a day.
Then again I'm a hoarder and rarely sell anything so it's kind of a mute point.

I had one recently listing his location in West Ga, but admitting that he is in Al. I told him any deal we did would have to go thru an ffl. He said that it is okay to trade across state lines, he was born in Ga, and he trades with people in Ga all the time. I still have the pms in my inbox, but if I posted them I would get busted for a callout and everything deleted. Of course I walked...no ran from that. I really thought that he didn't know you couldn't do it until I told him otherwise. Maybe it was someone really good at acting stupid...
