I have a one ounce Mount Rushmore silver bar that is pretty tarnished should I clean it or leave it alone ? What would you clean it with?

tarnish and toning can be attractive IMO. cleaned coins always look.....cleaned

a bit of historic silver. in response to the hunt brothers attmepting to corner the silver market in the 70s/80s the us gov dumped a bunch on the civi world in the form of the silver rounds below
