My Dad gave me an old 12 ga rabbit eared double barrel with a hand carved butt stock from a pecan limb with his in is carved in it. He told me it was his dad's dad's from the late 1800s. And that rascal is heavy heavy. But it's mine. I don't know if I could carry that thing all day.

My dad owned this shotgun before I was born or somewhere around then. He left it to me with a couple others. This is a Sears Ted Williams made by Winchester. Very well built and beautiful shotgun. It's still looks new and it's action is smooth as butter. I would guess 1966 or so. Its the second oldest other than the 1882 S&W I posted.

A BlunderBuss would be AWESOME!!
I’d like to have one and am always keeping my eyes scanning. A lonnng time ago I saw a lamp made out of a BlunderBuss. I thought the gun was a fake because I didn’t know much back then. It could have been real. An antique shop near Atmore AL.
