Opening Day

Tomorrow is opening day of deer season,good luck and hunt safe.This will be my 48th opening day.

Same to you BIKER13 ! We've had a lot of activity this past week. Everybody is seeing deer now. The cool weather has them up and moving.
I'll have my little buddy in the stand with me-hoping to get his first buck! One of our members saw a decent buck pushing a doe around 2 days ago. The rut is right around the corner! Shoot straight ODT'ers!!

They have been moving real well. I got this one on Wednesday with the muzzleloader. 2nd for the year. The bullet was almost 7/8" after it expanded!

Alarms are already set for 3:45am...to get up for work. I won't get into the woods until Tuesday. Be safe and be sure of your targets so we don't hear about you on the news.

My favorite spot is open in the morning. Its a shotgun area so I'll be rockin the shotty with sabot slugs that fire 2000 fps. I have passed on a few deer this year. I need to put some meat in the freezer tomorrow.
