I built our 12x30 screen porch back in the mid '90s. After 20 years of cleaning pollen, I enclosed the room in 2015. Had a replacement window company come out and measure/construct windows for each existing framed opening. Heated/cooled with a 1 ton Mitsu split system (upper right corner).

So, I had to stop the project for a bit, after getting an injured leg and BIG cut on the left thumb. But I've been working slowly, every day after work, and the place is taking shape.
