Hi Point carbines for $400 is the only thing I see there that is out of line.

Yeah, I'm peeking at Gun Broker to compare and they are a little high. On the other hand, the Glocks are priced VERY competitively and that Tavor is actually a couple of hundred lower than the moving price on Gun Broker.


LOL! I clicked on to see specs on it on Gun Broker and the seller is our good friends at Classic City Firearms inm Athens.

I have to admit I know NOTHING about the Tavors. I'm reading up a bit on them and liking what I see. Made by IWI(always a strong point in my book). Oh and I forgot to mention that this one is an SAR16B. I don't know the model specifics yet but it may help. They sure do look awesome on the Tavor site:

Like that they also use standard AR15 mags. According to the site they make conversion kits to 9MM and 5.45X39.

I would bet a coke a cola that they would come down to a reasonable price on the hi points. I think they have lasers as well but not sure. I have done a few deals with them and they are not afraid to bargain.

I fondled that battleship. I like it. Same flash suppressor on sr556. I give it a thumbs up and I don't like 10-22s
