Carry ammo=whatever is on sell. Mostly carry critical duty.

Carry Ammo 124 grain +p federal HST and practice federal124 grain American eagle federal.

For carry I usually carry Federal personal defense.

Shot out of a G19 into misc jugs of water, approx 18-20 inches of penetration or 8 old oil bottles full of water. Works same on 45ACP.
