Pistol Cases?--What ya think?

Looking for a hard pistol case recommendation.

Would like something that:

Locks or has a lock loop
Holds 4-5 pistols
Nice thick pad
Durable hard plastic shell
Around $100 or less

Any ideas?

I would get one of those aluminum breifcases from Lowes, used to be about $24. You can lock them, and I ran over one with an RX7, and it didnt do anything but scratch a corner.

Not a bad idea, then get some foam cut...cheaper than a Pelican case thats for sure.

I've got an older Doskocil (sp?) 4-gun pistol case that I have put through the ringer with my hunting gun, and I have yet to be able to break it. I think they are about $50 these days...

They come with the black spongy "egg crate" foam in them, I have 3 or 4 of them around somewhere. I used to keep paintball guns in a couple, and some camera equipment in the others.

I use one of these.. I wouldn't trust it to keep someone out, but it's great for range use.

Pelican, but I doubt your $100 limit is going to do it.

I use these as well and have for years, also have one for my laptop when travelling , they have foam in them already and hold 4/5 handguns depending in size of course
Have never had one let me down.
