What decoy is this guy using for cover?

Looks like a modified strutting decoy. Some folks add real wings and fan for added realism.

Mojo makes some decoys like this. There are some pretty good videos on YouTube of guys using this kind of set up. I have a friend who made a hat with a tail fan and he could crawl right up on em. The problems I see are:
1 - you look like a turkey. Turkey hunters often shoot at turkeys...
2 - the other turkeys standing around got quite an education and could end up being much harder to call up in the future.
Otherwise this can be a pretty effective method.
