I sneeze all year. Small to medium nose. I started having issues before I was 8 yrs old. I don't take anything for it. I used to have headaches a lot before my heart attack and open heart. Been on an aspirin ever since.

I've been taking bee pollen for about 20 years and 8t helps me.

I got Sinus surgey to open me up a few months ago...I am currently very congested w/the tree pollen...But I can breathe through it. still on zertec and some benadryl...but 100% better.
