Yea I am hoping to catch her again tomorrow or Wednesday to see what is going on with it because I have no idea how it is going to work if he moves and it doesn't get forwarded. Then whoever is living there will probably be like what the heck is this and throw it away or something with my luck.

So far so good. This is the first time I have dealt with her, and first time I have talked to her. Like I said she was very nice and didn't seem like she was annoyed with me or anything like that. I will let you know just how good she is in the next few days after I find out whether I am getting bumped up a little. Then I will love her and send her cookies haha.
Alright so I guess I figured this out. I just have to FAX over a explanation of why I need it bumped up and she will get it done. They really are very helpful and will try to answer any questions you may have.
