"Q" firearms. Quality or marketing hype?

I’m failing to understand why it’s overpriced by this response.
The only thing you reiterated is: a person who doesn’t understand and is uneducated on the product will always believe it’s the same product even when it isn’t.
if you don't feel like its overpriced then it isn't overpriced

That’s just it though.
I’m asking you to quantify and give examples of why it’s over priced.
Not to just feel like it is or isn’t.
That is just it you feel its not over priced because its a high end brand. Q is a brand and a unique and high end brand. You are a high end brand fan AWESOME - Whether something is overpriced is subjective and extremely relevant to time and market conditions. So the one I bought was overpriced because I bought a used one for less than a thousand dollars that was awesome then I bought a new one for close to two thousand dollars and it was lower quality functioned rougher out of the box had issues (noticeable trigger drag and light primer strikes) compared to the used one and other rifles that were less than half the price the new one

Have a Mini fix, Sugar Weasel and Honey Badger. I will say the Mini Fix is hands down my favorite gun to shoot over everything I own. If you shop around you can find a deal on one used all day. Nothing on the market is like the Mini Fix you can get close but not the same.

Serious question....aside from the price tag, what makes the Mini Fix any different than, say, a Ruger American in an aftermarket chassis like the one below?

Box fed, bolt action rifle. Chop the barrel, SBR it and I'm hard pressed to see how it is functionally any different than the Mini Fix.

Also, what is the operational desire to have a bolt action AR15? For the life of me, I don't understand it. Am I missing something?

Barrel length, bolt throw, stock adjustment, folding stock, barrel twist rate, trigger. Also you can buy Proof research barrels and swap calipers easy. Don’t get me wrong you can buy something cheaper for sure and it will do the same. But at the end of the day it won’t be a Mini Fix or have all the design features. I get it Q is overpriced but the Fix platform can be found on the used market for a decent price.

Barrel length,
Again, SBR.
bolt throw
What exactly do you mean by this?
, stock adjustment, folding stock,
Can be accomplished with aftermarket stock
barrel twist rate, trigger.
Easliy accomplished by aftermarket parts

Also you can buy Proof research barrels and swap calipers easy.
OK, I didn't know that. The mini fix has quick change barrels?

It's not about doing it "cheaper." You just said nothing else can do what it does. I disagree, but you may have me on the quick change barrels, if it does that.
