Question About a Car Warranty

The whole reason I got out of the business man is because of the sharks. They'll steal your deals take your money stab you in the back anything just to get a commission on the car. It's ridiculous I mean it's down and out dog eat dog. When I became a finance manager when I kind of got a break because it's not so much of a competition then.

Service department usually creates more profit than New Car Dept.
Used Car Dept also creates more $$ than New. Finance probably
makes more than NCD or UCD. Service probably covers overhead
for entire dealership

Dealers catch so much crap one more nasty comment about like a drop in the ocean.
If/when the problem is solved, a nice note of thanks even if things didn't go perfect
will have better results. Particularly if she returns later with a different problem or
for routine maintenance.

Google reviews carry way more weight than you think. Especially bad ones, upper management can get them removed if the customer is happy and agrees. I know this for a fact

That is correct. The service dept. is the bread and butter of a dealership. Sales is just icing on the cake.

I hate that! I got one today and went all the way through it to hit 2 for do not call list. Thirty min. later I got the same damn call.
